Confirming your Appointment

You will receive an SMS text a few days in advance of your appointment as a reminder. When you receive this message, you are required to confirm your attendance "Y" or "N". If you are Should no response be received, your appointment may be offered to another client on our waiting list.

Cancelling your Appointment

Rainbow Hub Psychology has a strict cancellation policy (business hours only). We require 48 hours for any appointment cancellation to be able to offer the allocated time to other clients.

• Cancellation 24 hours or less is subject to the full session fee of $290 (for initial consultations) or $240.00 (if it is a subsequent consultation)
• Cancellation between 24 hours-48 hours is subject to 50% of the full fee session: $145 (initial) $120 (subsequent).
• A no-show is considered a cancellation, and the full fee of $290.00 will be charged.

Where a cancellation fee is charged, this is considered a genuine pre-estimate of our loss. Cancellation fees incur GST.

Please note that cancellation fees cannot be charged to insurance companies or claimed through Medicare, and you will be personally responsible for any cancellation fees incurred. We cannot guarantee that a replacement appointment will be available at short notice.

We understand that unexpected events and emergencies may occur that may impact your ability to attend your scheduled appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible on 02 9874 2100 if you are unable to attend your appointment.
